Course Description

In Phase 2, Leo Totten completes his teaching of Olympic weightlifting with how to use these lifts to develop power. He also teaches coaches how to create a weightlifting program for beginning athletes.

Learning Objectives:

  • Students will learn how to develop power through Olympic weightlifting
  • Students will gain knowledge in basic programming
