Course Description

A guide through small group training from warm-up to cool down.

In this course, Mike Rickett introduces you to Personal Training and various components of Fitness and Physiology. Rickett will also guide you through small group training and provide you with a sample warm-up, tabata workout, and cool down.

Learning Objectives:

  • Students will learn how to lead a small group through a warm-up, tabata workout and cool down
  • Students will learn components of fitness
  • Students will learn about cardiovascular and muscular physiology
